right on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, the Master of Management Study Program (Prodi) student program of STIE Perbanas Surabaya held a Management Guest Lecture with the theme "Management of Organizational Change". Located at D203 Campus 1 STIE Perbanas Surabaya, this lecture was attended by 17 graduate students (S2) batch 25. The guest lecture invited a Director of PT. Warma Trierindo, Dr. Maria Eko Sulistyowati, Psychologist, MM, LCPC.

On this occasion, he provided a case study before focusing on explaining more about the lecture material. All students in the room participate actively in providing responses or solutions to the case studies given.

Furthermore, Dr. Maria Eko explains the definition of change management which is a tool, process and technique for managing the change side of people to achieve the required business results. Change management incorporates organizational tools that can be used to help individuals make successful personal transitions that result in change adoption and realization.vDr. Maria Eko added that changes are not only at the individual level but also at the company level. He also explained the benefits of Change Management, namely to increase Return on Investment (ROI) to be even better, to increase the success of a project, and many other benefits.

Besides that, Dr. Maria Eko also explained the importance of being an Agent of Change. “If you become Change Agents, you have to change first. Learn how to see people or mindset, ”he concluded. (Fitriyah.r)
