STIE Perbanas Surabaya received a visit from SMK Islam Ulul Albab Nganjuk on Wednesday, April 23, 2018. Located at Campus 2 STIE Perbanas Surabaya, this visit was attended by 36 class XI students of the Banking Department and 4 accompanying teachers.

The visit activity by SMK Islam Ulul Albab aims to bring students closer to the real world of education and business or industry so that later they can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in students. The form of activities carried out is in the form of an introduction to education and telecommunication technology that is being implemented or its relevance according to the vocational competence of students.

The Secretary of the Diploma 3 Program, Putri Wulanditya, S.E., M.Ak., welcomed the group from this nganjuk. He invited him to introduce the educational atmosphere applied by the Diploma 3 program. This is intended to provide insight to students who wish to continue their studies, especially in banking majors. "We invite students to get to know the STIE Perbanas Bank Laboratory, starting from the department, customer service, tellers, to the back office," he explained.

In addition, all students and teachers accompanying local schools are invited to understand the system or software from the Lab. Bank STIE Perbanas Surabaya. In this session, they were given an introduction, material, and guidance on bank operational labs (LOB) by Dr. Emanuel Kristijadi, MM., As the LOB Instructor as well as Deputy Chair I for Academic Affairs at STIE Perbanas Surabaya.

Dr. Emanuel Kristijadi, MM., Said that STIE Perbanas Surabaya is the only institution that has its own LOB software. In fact, a number of campuses in Indonesia have adopted the banking operational system implemented by STIE Perbanas Surabaya. He also stated that he was ready to collaborate with the Ulul Albab Nganjuk Islamic Vocational School if it was later needed for the development of the Banking department at the local school.
