In order to increase the absorption of graduates in the world of work, Perbanas Career Center (PCC), STIE Perbanas Surabaya held an External Internship. This activity began with an internship which was held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Auditorium of STIE Perbanas Surabaya. There are hundreds of students who take part in this external apprenticeship, which are divided into various companies according to their respective goals.

Meanwhile, the material for this student internship was delivered by Dra. Tjahjani Prawitowati, Psi., MM., With the theme "Work Attitude". He conveyed several things about how to behave at work, especially during the apprenticeship period, starting from the model at work, the type of employee, communication in the work apprenticeship which must be good, to how the procedures are when there is an urgent need so that permission not to enter the internship is needed . "Hopefully, the results of this internship can be really beneficial for each of you personally. The Chairperson of PCC STIE Perbanas Surabaya, Chitra Laksmi Ritmaya, SE., MM delivered the material and explained how the external internship procedure went according to expectations. External apprenticeship is an apprenticeship at the will of the students themselves, the benefits obtained from the internship, and the next stage must be carried out by individual students.
