Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., Rector of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, emphasized the crucial role of mastering soft skills for students. The benefits will be significantly felt as they approach graduation and enter the workforce. "This is the fundamental and substantive reason why the SSM program is mandatory for new students, as its benefits will be evident after graduation," he stated in his speech.
Furthermore, Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas has carefully designed the Super Soft Skills Mentoring program. From the first semester, students are provided with courses on Ethics and Personality Development. "The expectation is that all students will not only excel academically but also possess strong interpersonal skills to become outstanding and globally competitive graduates," he added.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of SSM 2025, Heri Supriyanto, S.Kom., M.Kom., explained that this program takes place during the even semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The mentoring activities consist of six sessions facilitated by mentors.
"At the end of the program, students will present their Collective Achievements, showcasing their soft skills through campus activities and social engagements. Additionally, 'Perbanas Got Talent' aims to uncover and enhance students' hidden talents," he explained.
Carrying the theme "Digital Mindset with Human Touch: Soft Skills for a Balanced Life," students are encouraged to quickly adapt to technological advancements while maintaining intelligence and ethical social interactions. This balance will lead them toward future success.
It is worth noting that the Super Soft Skills Mentoring program at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas is an annual event. With the slogan "SSM 2025: Level Up Your Skills, Be Creative, Achieve Your Dream," all students have the opportunity to enhance their competencies with creativity to achieve their aspirations.
