The Perbanas Career Centre (PCC) of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas successfully organized a job preparation training event titled Job Preparation Program on January 17 and 18, 2025. Held at the Auditorium of Building C, 10th Floor, Wonorejo Campus, the event was attended by 235 final-year students who enthusiastically prepared themselves to enter the workforce. This program was specifically designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate the recruitment process, from crafting application letters to excelling in interviews. By featuring competent speakers in their respective fields, the event aimed to serve as a crucial first step for students toward achieving career success.

The training materials presented in the Job Preparation Program were diverse and highly relevant to the current demands of the professional world. On the first day, participants were introduced to Grooming, which emphasized the importance of professional appearance in the workplace. This was followed by a session on How to Prepare Application Letters, teaching students how to create compelling and standardized job application letters. The second day featured Winning Interview, which provided tips and strategies for confidently tackling job interviews. Additionally, participants received training on How to Prepare Selection Tests to help them face various types of recruitment tests. The event was enriched by an inspiring Career Talk with Alumni, offering real-world insights into the professional landscape from successful graduates of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas. The participants' enthusiasm was evident throughout the event, as seen in the numerous questions and interactive discussions during each session.

Participants expressed their gratitude for the valuable materials provided, particularly in helping them prepare for the challenges of the professional world. "This event is highly beneficial, especially for those of us who are still unsure about starting our careers. The materials are comprehensive, and the speakers are very competent," said one participant.
