The first training session was delivered by Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., who also inaugurated the event. Throughout the training, attendees were presented with two case studies from the Academic and Public Relations units. They were then asked to provide insights and solutions for the given cases. Employees took turns sharing their opinions based on their experiences and knowledge.
Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., as the training facilitator, stated that the case studies were designed to position each employee as a leader at the first level of their unit. Their tasks and performance play a crucial role in supporting policy implementation at the highest leadership level.
Separately, the Vice-Rector for Resources, Dr. Supriyati, S.E, Ak., M.Si., stated that restructuring activities within an organization or institution are commonly carried out as needed. Given that some employees are approaching retirement, she emphasized the importance of preparing their replacements in advance to ensure the workflow continues smoothly.
"The structural tenure at UHW Perbanas will end on June 30, 2025, and seven Head of Unit positions need to be filled. Therefore, all educational staff members are required to participate in the available training sessions," she explained during an employee briefing at the Wonorejo campus.
According to the planned schedule, this training will be conducted every Friday in person at the Wonorejo Campus. In addition to leadership skills, participants will also receive training in other areas, including IT Competencies, Quality Assurance/Archiving, English Language, Data Processing, and Job Analysis & Report Visualization.
