Surabaya, January 15, 2023 - Hayam Wuruk University (UHW) Perbanas took an innovative step in improving the quality of education by conducting a comparative study visit for Recognition of Past Learning (RPL) to Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. This activity aims to explore and deepen the implementation of RPL as a learning strategy.

The visit was attended by Prof. Dr. Dra Tatik Suryani, Psi., M.M. as Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Lutfi, S.E., M.Fin. as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, and all heads of study from the Faculty of Engineering and Design, as well as UHW Perbanas lecturers, who were kindly received by the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The event began with remarks from both parties, which emphasized the importance of sharing experiences and best practices in integrating RPL as an integral part of higher education. This comparative study visit is expected to provide a broad and in-depth view of UHW Perbanas in developing and optimizing the application of RPL in its curriculum, bringing a positive impact on the quality of higher education in both institutions.
