On Wednesday (13/12/2023), the Master of Management Department at Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas held an international guest lecture entitled “The Development of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management Practices”. The event, which was held online, attracted the attention of students and lecturers in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM). The guest lecture was opened by Prof. Dr. Dra Tatik Suryani, Psi., M.M., as Human Resource Management Lecturer, and then continued with the delivery of material by Prof. Dr. Randy Tudy, lecturer at the University of Southeastern Philippines.

Prof. Randy provided in-depth insights on how artificial intelligence (A.I.) has changed and continues to develop human resource management practices in various industrial sectors. In addition, Prof. Randy also explained how the collaboration of A.I. and human resource management has made significant contributions to driving innovation in the world of work.

This guest lecture not only provided an opportunity to listen to the material presented by the speakers but also engaged participants in question-and-answer sessions and interactive discussions. Students and professionals in attendance felt inspired and gained a better understanding of the role of A.I. in optimizing human resource management practices.
