UHW Perbanas, in collaboration with the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of Surabaya City, organized SME training with the topic “Attracting Consumers with Environmental-Friendly Campaigns.” The event took place at Gedung Wanita, Kalibokor, Surabaya, on Thursday (12/10/2023). The purpose of this event was to provide insights to SMEs on leveraging environmental-friendly practices to promote their products.

The training event commenced with a welcome address from Dr. Shinta Setia, S.Psi., M.Com., the Chairwoman of DWP Surabaya City. In her speech, Dr. Shinta expressed her support for the collaborative effort. This training aligns with the aspirations of DWP Surabaya City for the development of SMEs under its guidance. A total of 125 SMEs, both under the auspices of DWP and independent ones, attended the training, demonstrating their interest in environmentally-friendly initiatives.

The training material was presented by Dr. Luciana Spica Almilia, S.E., M.Si., QIA, CPSAK, who is the Head of the Domestic Collaboration Research Team at UHW Perbanas. This team initiated the collaboration and organized the training event.
