On June 7, 2023, still in the process of curriculum reconstruction, the Master of Management department conducted a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Alignment of Master's Education with Industry Needs in collaboration with three institutions: MarkPlus Institute, SC Human Resource Club Indonesia, and Financial Planning Standard Board (FPSB) Indonesia. The program aims to gather the best input for developing collaborations in marketing management, human resources, and finance by inviting these three organisations.

The FGD focused on aligning the curriculum implemented by the Master of Management program and the learning objectives. The goal is to ensure that program graduates are academically tested and possess the necessary competencies to become leaders in industries with strong competitiveness. Dr. Ronny, S.Kom., M.Kom., M.H., the Head of the Master of Management Department, led the FGD.
