UHW Perbanas actively participated in the Academic Vice-Rector Forum, a form of synergy among all vice rectors in the East Java region. Held at the UK Petra Campus on Tuesday (18/07/2023), the forum conducted the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) among member universities of the Academic Vice-Rector Forum in East Java.

The event was attended by rectors and vice-rectors or their representatives, who directly signed the MoUs. On this occasion, UHW Perbanas was represented by the Rector, Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., and the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Drs. Emanuel Krisijadi, M.M. They agreed to collaborate with ten universities, including Universitas Hang Tuah, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, Universitas Narotama, Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya, Universitas Surabaya, Universitas Kristen Petra, Universitas Dr. Soetomo, Universitas Islam Malang, and Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang.

The commitment to organizing various collaborative activities, starting with the signing of the MoU, reflects the awareness of universities regarding the importance of collaboration in the MBKM era (Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka). Following this event, the opportunities for universities to collaborate and maximize the implementation of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi) become even more widely open.
