In order to prepare human resources who are competent and with character, in line with the Core Values of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), namely creating ASN with AKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative) with the theme "Spirituality at Work: Building ASN with SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE" Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas in collaboration with Cahaya Indonesia Rise (The Indonesia Light) and the Pamekasan Regency government, Consultant and Training Institute for Human Resources (HR) held this training.
