One tangible manifestation of community service from the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas is by providing practical contributions of knowledge directly through various training sessions that can be applied according to the needs of an institution or organization. Recognizing the current development of accounting system technology, data management based on Ms. Excel is highly needed. Therefore, Rumah Generasi Pemenang Foundation collaborated with the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas to create the customized accounting system required by the foundation. Briefly, the foundation is located on Dewi Sekardadu Street, Gresik Regency, and is engaged in social and religious activities. The Chairman of the Rumah Generasi Pemenang Foundation is an alumna of the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas (formerly STIE Perbanas) from the Accounting study program, graduating in 2013.

The Excel for Accounting training and the signing of the MoU took place on Wednesday (24/08) at the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas campus. The collaboration that will last for the next five years focuses on internships and community service. This collaboration was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., as the rector, and Mr. Abdullah Maftuh Al Ikhsani, S.E., as the foundation's chairman. The meeting was held offline in Room C301, Building C, University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.

During this event, the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas provided training on "Excel for Accounting." The speakers for this activity were Ms. Lufi Yuwana Mursita, S.E., M.Sc., CA, Mrs. Nurul Mustafida, S.E., M.Sc., and Mr. Kadek Pranetha Prananjaya, S.E., M.A. In their presentations, the speakers explained the procedures for obtaining necessary information from the Excel-based accounting system that had been developed, gathering feedback from the foundation on the system, and guiding its utilization. In the future, following the presentation of materials at the event, the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, together with the Rumah Generasi Pemenang Foundation, will implement collaboration in internship activities with students, particularly in the field of accounting.
