Master of Management at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University in an effort to increase students' knowledge related to human resource management courses held a visiting lecture which on this occasion collaborated with Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa (UST). The extraordinary resource person, namely Dr. Kusuma Chandra Kirana, S.Pd., M.M. and Dr. Syamsul Hadi, S.E., M.M. by presenting the material for the first meeting entitled "the process of clarifying the issue of change" with a discussion, one of which is related to changes in the organization where not every individual or organization likes change, but change must be faced. So it is necessary to manage change so that change becomes positive. Organizational change can occur if the individual who wants to change the most survives is the fastest to respond to change. Organizational changes are made in the context of development. There are several obstacles in making changes, namely individual resistance which is divided into several aspects including habits, sense of security, economic factors, perceptions, and uncertainty.
