This time the Management Series Webinar activity is a Master of Management Study Program which is part of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Hayam Wuruk University, Perbanas. In addition, the important point of this webinar is professionalism as the key to career success. This event was attended by two of our speakers, namely Prof.Dr.Tatik Suryani P.si.,MM as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Hayam Wuruk University, Perbanas, and Shinta Setia, S.Psi.,M.com as well as a Lecturer in the KWU University. Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, Dr.Ronny, S.Kom.,M.Kom as Chair of the Master of Management Study Program at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University, Ais Assana Athqiya as moderator and student who received a full master's degree in management scholarship at Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University in odd semester 2021, and participants from off campus.

Ms. Prof.Dr.Tatik Suryani P.si.,MM A professional is a person who has a profession or full-time job and lives from that job by relying on a high skill. Professionalism is the commitment of professionals to their profession. Professional behavior requires three things, they are: (1) development of work discipline: (2) career development and (3) development of profession ethics. The work discipline development is developing the obedience, loyalty and norms adopted in carrying out the work.. And there is also an explanation from Mrs. Shinta Setia, S.Psi.,M.com. for that matter. And why developing a professional image? Because it can make other people interested in you, and you will be liked and respected by others. Then make it easier to establish good relationships, give confidence in dealing with various levels of society, respect your company, and also professionals are paid more than amateurs. In the business or professional world, image and impression play an important role. People will look at you and look at you, they will decide if they will like you and want to work with you.
