The Master of Management Study Program in collaboration with the Management Study Program Student Association and the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Postgraduate Student Association again holds extraordinary activities which are regularly held annually, namely Marketing International Seminars and the 4th International Conference on Business and Banking Innovations (ICOBBI) 2022 with the theme “The Strategy Of Digitalization In Business For Gaining Competitive Advantages After Pandemic”. This activity will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 starting at 08.00 WIB. This international-scale seminar and conference was initiated by the Master of Management Study Program, the Management Study Program Student Association and the Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University Postgraduate Student Association.

The implementation of this activity is not only in collaboration with the Student Association but also in collaboration with other campuses that act as C-Host. In this activity, there were 5 co-hosts who collaborated, namely from the State University of Gorontalo, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, University of Surabaya, University of 17 August 1945 and STIE YKPN Yogyakarta. The international seminar invited speakers from 4 countries, namely Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal and Indonesia. The speakers in the international seminar were Chonlatis Darawong, P.hD (Sripatum University, Thailand), Associate Prof. Dr. Ellisha Nasrudin (University of Science, Malaysia), Dr. Sanju Kumar Singh (Postdoctoral Fellowship in Universitas Airlangga, Tribhuvan University Nepal) and Prof. Dr. Abdul Mongid, MA., P.hD (University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, Indonesia). In general, the speakers discussed various materials such as Talking Flowering Of Humanist Capitalism: 21st Century Digital Transformation In Post Pandemic Sustainable Cities; Global Economic Recovery: Post Covid-19 ; Block Chain Technology ; and Impact Of Digitalization In Banking Industry. Very interesting and updated discussion.

The international seminar activities were attended by 150 participants consisting of students, lecturers, researchers, practitioners, and many others. A total of 64 presenters registered at the International conference. Conference presenters also consist of various state and private universities in Indonesia and abroad, such as the University of Jambi, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, IBK Nitro Makasar, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor, and Sripatum University and other campuses.

In addition, the committee has prepared two award categories for presenters, namely the Best Paper and Best Presentation categories for Lecturers and Masters Students and Best Paper and Best Presentation for Undergraduate Students. Reviewers of this conference activity are not only from internal Hayam Wuruk Perbanas University but also from other campuses that are members of the Co-Host. All papers will be published in proceedings with ISBN and indexed by Google Scholar.

Through the Marketing International Seminars and The 4th ICOBBI 2022 activity, with this activity the Master of Management Study Program and the Student Association hope that it will be one of the collaborations to improve the performance of the student association besides being able to improve the quality of research for students, lecturers, or practitioners as well as to increase international cooperation. .
